We accept the following Windows based applications: -

File Transfer can be via email to either: -

• Artwork: Should have at least 3mm bleed, (or more). For example Business Cards are 90mm x 55mm, so do a layout on 100mm x 65 mm, (refer to our diagram below).

• Keep any text at least 2 mm from the edge. For example when cards are cropped to 90mm x 55mm any text close to the edge could be cut or else look to close and not look right.
• Place crop marks on the layout. Do not put borders around cards as even a .5mm (half a millimeter) variation will be noticeable.
• Convert text to: outlines, curves or paths.
• Supply all relevant graphics and photos for printing in CMYK (not RGB).
• Any images supplied should be at a resolution of at least 300dpi.
• Be aware that some Pantone colours are outside the print range of CMYK devices. Also note that screen colours are usually not accurate to print output. Check your colours to CMYK or Pantone colour values.
